Thanks to the combination of modern Czech hop varieties Rubín and Harmonie we achieved both intense hop aroma and a very elegant mouthfeel. Expect sharp bitterness, floral hop aroma and a dry fizzy body.

ZincFest2025. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grassy, herbal, some grainy and mild biscuity tones to it. Flavour is grassy, herbal, grainy and some bready tones to it. Elegantly smooth. Very enjoyable. Crisp.

0.5 l can from 'Craftbeershop.com', canned in March 2025. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, slightly grassy-spicy aroma of grains, lemon peel, some fresh grass and hints of popcorn. Gently sweet, malty, almost juicy, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral and moderately grassy taste of grains, straw, popcorn, lemon peel and traces of fresh grass, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Pleasant lager, fairly crushable and crisp.

Bottle shared at a tasting. Deep, semi-clear golden pour with white head. Nose is light bitterness, some grassy notes and bready sweetness. Taste is nicely balanced bittersweet character, starting with a bready, hay-like sweetness that then turns into surprisingly bitter, showing grassy, peppery notes. Closes with a long lasting bitter finish, has light body and average carbonation.
