Can 50 cl. Pours a clear nutty brown with a rich, off-white head. Malty nose, vague suggestion of crystal malts. Medium body, slightly sweet maltiness, again with a touch of caramel. No real hop aroma. Subdued bitterness. For a discount Lager it drinks alright. 290423

Can from Penny Market, Bolevec, Plzeň. Lovely coppery-amber body with a fleeting off white head. Peppery, sweetish malty aroma, giving way to a miiiild apple touch later on. The taste... lean, caramel light metal, light herbal bitterness, with a strange little tartness growing up on the edges, not meshing well with the lean touches. Cheap and you get what you paid for.
