Here we take a stripped back IPA malt bill and highly hop it with the tropics of Amarillo and Citra and pile head on with kilos of Blood Orange zest and juice late in the boil, bringing you a smack of citrus and hints of warm orange aromas.

Golden, cloudy with a short lived white head. A orange and hops aroma, some citrus sense. Light bitter with a dry hop and citrus ending. A bit watery.

33 cl can @ hirvihuhta. Rated on 21.07.2020 Aroma has sweet tropical fruits. Flavour has tropical fruits, grapefruit and some alcohol. Good PA, although it is a bit odd that alcohol comes this much through at this ABV.

330ml can. Clear pale gold, small white head, poor retention. Aroma is grassy and blood orange but not much else. Taste is also grassy, hay, blood orange, sweet and a little tart. Light to moderate body, average carbonation which neither adds or distracts from the beer. Its all about the flavouring in this beer, which is good, but you do feel there should be a decent beer behind this adjunct. Not sure there is.

Clear, golden color and a nice white head. Nose of tangerine and orange peel. Very good balance of fruity- and hoppyness. Rather short finish with fruity twist.

Draught @ Fox & Hounds, Sønderborg. Pours slightly hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of citrus, with notes of yeast and touches og hops. Bitter flavourbof hops and citrus, with sweetish notes of orange and yeast and mild malty and herbal touches. Grassy and estery aftertaste with citric touches. Not bad, quite decent, actually, just rather anonymous.

[33cl can from Sainsburys, Bracknell.] A straw coloured pour with a ring of white head; light orange peel aroma; soft malty body with a blood orange taste; and some zest and pith lifting the finish. Natural tasting, and very drinkable.

330ml can from Waitrose (Newport, Shropshire); BB 12th Dec 2020. Drank at home on 2nd Oct 2020. Pale golden yellow, almost clear, white head. Oranges in the nose and taste, other citrus fruits for support. Decent semi-sweet malty base for the hops to play around.

Can at Gulating Pub Bod. Has a slightly hazy straw colour with an off-white head. Strange aroma of leather, sweat, dry hay, blood orange and some diacetyl. Flavour of peaches, blood orange, grass, dry hay, lemon and grains. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light to medium bitterness. A little odd and unbalanced. Fruity anyway.
