light pink color. Tons of orange and strawberry blossoms. Off sweet. Slightly tart. Easy drinking very nice .

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 29 Sep 2017) Pink rose wine colour with no head. Fruity, vinous nose with notes of honey, red fruit, raspberries and an odd aroma of shrimps. Fruity, vinous taste with honey, pink grapefruit, raspberries, blood orange and red berries. Almost full body, with a slight sweetness. Fresh and fruity. Quite nice.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer &WF, first weekend, 2016.Clear pale cherry wood color, thick legs left on the side of the glass. Light sweet, floral, honey, raspberry scent. Birch, light tart, fruity taste. Apple peel aftertaste. Medium full mouthfeel, tart finish.
