All this summer love mood inspired us to brew Twisted Fingers, our winter seasonal. Medium body, with a bit of lactose, silky texture and those desired roasted flavors are complemented by the fruit profile making this beer really balanced and delicious to drink.
Something for the traditional lovers but also to bring closer the adventurous with this remarkable beer style.

(Draught at Café Derat, Utrecht, 27 Feb 2020) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with coffee, chocolate coconut and lactose. Malty, roasted taste with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, coconut and a balanced cacao bitterness. Medium body, with a certain milky sweetness. Tasty and well balanced sweet stout. Very nice.

Pours a black colour and an uneven brown head with reasonable retention. Aroma's: from the glass it's full on cocos, sweet, bounty, but also (red) fruit. Retronasal the fruit is more pronounced, with kokos, sweetness and roast. Flavour is moderate sweet, chocolate, cocos. Medium bodied. Finishes with roast, moderate bitter.

Pretty solid coconut milk stout. Some chocolate, plenty of coconut. Body is quite ok for the ABV, but it could do with some more flavour intensity, and a bit more chocolate. Still not bad at all, for a coconut beer.
