Leichter Hefeantrunk mit süßlich-herbem Unterton. Die Hefigkeit bleibt konstant auf angenehmen Level, deutlich erkennbar, aber nicht zu stark und vor allem nicht zu süß. Als ebenfalls angenehm empfinde ich das milde Auftreten der säuerlichen Note. Spritziger werdend, dezent fruchtig, zum Ende eher würzig und hopfig mit hintergründiger Herbe. Bisher mein bestes "Weipi". Test vom 14.2.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,11,10,10,10,11 - 10,55

Papery nose. Cloudy yellow, big fluffy white head. Quite anonymous mix between a flavorless weissbier and a flavorless pils. Not offensive, but boring.
