(swing top bottle) Clear, greenish golden colour with a loose foamy white head. Doughy and strawy malty aroma. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a tame carbonation. Strawy and quite skunky sour doughy taste without any hops character; sweet and plain malty finish. Very profane. 07.I.14

Bottled (from bierzwerg, found in an old box). Yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is grassy, bready and a bit floral notes as well as some slight herbal notes. Flavour is being rather similar in a pleasant balance. Quite bitter grassy and floral aftertaste.
