Draught. Murky orange colour. Dominant aromas of rose petals and yeast. The flavour is quite sweet and wheaty, with a strong presence of rose petals and some citrusy notes.finish is lightly soured with a fruity presence.

Danke an Barak! Hand bottled and brought to Denmark by the brewmaster David Cohen - huge thanks for the effort. An unclear orange-brown beer with a huge, but fast disappearing head. The aroma is very citrusy, in a very nice a mellow way. The flavor is sweet and very citrusy on a lightly malty back ground and with light notes of coriander, leading to a lightly bitter and citrusy end.

Handbottled by David Cohen, cheers! Pours hazy light brown with a little crispy head. Aroma is slight caramel malty, citric (etrogim) with a touch of wheat. Flavour starts citric and then it goes wheaty blending into a sweet malty caramel flavour. A clear citric/orange note runs through all the way to the finish where it blends perfect into the bitterness giving a great refresing feel. Very lovely and different wit beer.

Re-rate 4/4/12: Draught at the "Pre-Pesach Keg Party" 2012. An old keg the found in the brewery cooling room. The brewer was not sure when it was made. A lot more etrog in the aroma and flavor than usual. Spicy and kinda tart. Refreshing and tasty. Would make a great summer beer. 7/3/7/3/15=3.5

Re-rate 10/1/07: Bottle-conditioned, not available commercially yet. Cloudy light brown with no head. Aroma of wheat, lots of citrus (citron), and some spices. Sweetish-tart (quite a good balance between the two) flavor with wheat, yeast, citrus and coriander. Light to medium body and low carbonation. 7/3/7/3/14=3.4

Draught at the "Pre-Pesach Keg Party". Cloudy golden.Yeasty and citrusy aroma. Sweetish flavor with wheat and yeast. Some sourness, lemon (or etrog, I guess). Medium-bodied. 7/3/7/3/14=3.4
