Bottle. Trade with Koelschtrinker. Thanks Roman. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Citrus, grain and a bit of dust. Fizzy and overcarbonated. Short bitter finish.

Nice fuzzy yellow pour with a great head. Palate is crisp and clean with lemon zest, some citrus, and funky notes. Dry finish. Refreshing.

Bottle: Pale golden to golden, unclear,small foamy layer, dry and distinctive grapefruity nose with a woody-piney touch, sweet caramel underneath; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied, quite fizzy; lingering solid bitter-sweet finish with lots of exotic fruits. A good one, but I’m afraid that these strong hops work better in a top-fermented brew.....

(draught at Braukunst Live! Festival, Munich) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Distinctively citric, lemony hoppy aroma with loads of Simcoe resin on a mildly malty background. Moderately bitter flavour with a balanced malty sweetness, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Aromatically fruity and resiny hoppy taste with a rounded underlying malty and subtle grainy body; bitter and moderately malty sweet finish with fruity and slightly resiny hops. Now that I have had more than a couple of these I have to admit that I love it. 22.IV.12

Hopfig-grasiger, recht trockener Beginn. Vollmundig, fruchtig, später trockener aber auch hopfiger werdend. Süß-hefig, viskos wirkend. Gut! 11/12/8/11/8/12
