Sampled at Braukunst Live 2014. Vineous smoke aroma, light berries, heather, fermented hay Chestnut, low head Wood and hay smoke, roast/burned on the palate, dry sherry notes Fullbodied, dry Doesn’t quite come together for me, but quite Interesting

Tap:Hazy, murky-brown coloured, loose off-white head, sweet and quite mild caramelly-smoky nose with traces of chocolate and - maybe - some well hidden hops; solid sweet and less bitter flavour, medium to full bodied; smoked Parma-ham, chocolate and dark toasty malt in the silky sweet-bitter finish. Very pleasant stuff…

Süßlich rauchiger Antrunk mit leicht hefigen Noten. Schokoladig, frisch, bleibende intensive fruchtige Malzigkeit. Rund, sehr harmonisch, gelungen. 11/12/12/13//12
