Draught at Zum Anker
Cloudy blond color; compact head. Delicate hop aroma. Smooth mouthfeel, but the malt profile is one among the simple, and beyond a correct bitterness there is no hop quality. The final indeed reminds me of any mass Lager.
But thanks for opening a restaurant that is on the Slow Food list, that serves Kobe Beef, that proposes original and regional plates...
