Pours deep golden color, hazy with a smaller stable off-white head. Solid nose, pale malt and hops, combined with a yeasty fruitiness.

Bottle( from a local organic market): Deep golden, cloudy, small and persistent creamy off-white head; fruity (peaches and raspberries!?) and yeasty nose with a wheaty touch; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, pretty soft and light bodied; slightly lingering sweet peachy and wheaty finish with a yeasty tartness in the very end. Odd stuff, more a Hefeweizen than a Kellerbier…

Deutlich hefiger, rund hopfiger, der trotz seiner Milde dominant ist. Süffig, absolut untypisch. Leicht fruchtig. 12/10/10/10/10/10
