First brewed to commemorate the grand opening our new facility in Canton, MA. This special pale ale signifies a collective milestone for the entire Trillium team.
A new fermentation profile lends juicier notes and a soft mouthfeel. Hazy golden in appearance with a medium body, this refreshing pale ale bursts with aromatics of mango, orange, melon, and a hoppy dankness. Featuring Mosaic/Citra in the dry hop and a crisp Pilsner malt backbone, Launch Beer exhibits graceful flavors of orange, a light lime character, hints of melon, and slight pithiness.

Pours a nice hazy opaque gold from a can. Great tropical fruit aroma centering on mango, grape and melon. Flavor is lightly similar, sweet but a little watery. Very good beer.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at the brewery. Pours hazy gold with a soft, receding white foam head. Quite a tasty APA, supported with bready pale malts, pithy citrus, mango, nectarine. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, mild rindy bitterness, a slight flinty dryness, melon, tangerine. Solid.

Can from Trillium Boston and drunk in my apartment. Turbid murky amber brown colour lasting white head. For Trillium quite a mild beer until the bitterness kicks in on the finish. Sweeter than most of their beers with some decent caramel malt in mouth. Then very bitter on the finish. Decent pale ale. But not their best.

From a can. Hay pale golden with a big dense off white head. Light cirusy hop aromas and fair biterness. Very fresh and a lingering bitter bite. Excellent

Tap into a transparent solo cube showing lightly filtered orange with no head. The nose shows sharp pineapple. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Flavors shows a lot of citrus with alot of malt on the back end.
