31/12/2022. Bottle courtesy of Boris, cheers. Pours almost clear pale yellow gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is grainy, citrus, sweet malts, grass, touch of herb. Very sweet with light bitterness. Moderate body, quite fizzy. Sweet finish. Okay.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, pale orange, bright golden colour with average to huge, fluffy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Rather weak, minimally grainy, husky, pale malty aroma, a touch of protein, doughy yeasty overtones. Taste is minimally grainy, pale malty, slightly doughy yeasty, minimally biscuity, a touch of protein. Creamy-watery texture, smooth, soft and silky palate, fine, soft, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Not overly intense, well crafted - nice.

Herber, leicht karamellig rauchiger Antrunk. 8/9/9/8/9/8

(draught at the Braueigaststätte) Hazy, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Slightly yeasty malty aroma with notes of white bread and a tinge of spicy herbal hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Doughy and yeasty malty taste; sweet-bitter malty and slightly herbal hoppy finish with shy grainy accents. Decent. 25.X.13
