Bottle thanks to Silke, direct from the source. Hazy, pale gold with a frothy, white head. Herbal and grainy aroma. Mild honey undertone. Taste very mildly sweet up front, grainy and mildly bitter at the finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Drinkable.

Hell herb malziger Beginn mit angenehmer, nicht zu starker Süße. Intensiver würziger Mittelteil, minimale Alkoholnoten. Harmonisch, alle Aromen sind in richtigem Maße getroffen. Leicht phenolischer Nachhall. 11/12/11/10//11

(draught at the brewpub) Cloudy, golden colour with a short foamy white layer. Sweet pale malty aroma with notes of biscuits, cara-malt, wort and alcohol, accompanied by subtle fruity accents. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, full bodied with a soft carbonation. Aolid malty base with biscuits and lighter herbal hoppy notes, leading into a sweet and slightly bitter hoppy finish with traces of alcohol. Could be better balanced. 04.V.10
