An unclear yellow-orange beer with a minimal sized white head. Funky, salty, lemony and bready nose. Some wheat. It’s medium to thin bodied, with a very smooth carbonation. Rather fruity flavor, with bready hints, grapefruit notes, salt, lemon and a wee funky touch. Lasting fruity finish. Not much interesting going on here. 170722

No head, slightly cloudy light straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish spiced, old orange peel, flowers, leafs, soda powder, fruit salt, herbs, minerals, grass, heather, citrus acid. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish spiced, grass, soda powder, old orange peel, fruit salt, herbs, leafs, minerals, hay, heather, flowers, saltwater. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and sour-ish floral mouthfeel. Fair enough, kind of strange.
