Bottle of 33cc opened at home. Lots of foam literally bursts out at opening, with a loud pop. Color is loaded golden, with medium body. Aroma is clearly sliced from Saison yeast, with notes of honey (arbutus unedo is used in this beer). Taste is almost equally interesting, although the alcoholic feeling is a little too marked. Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy honey aroma. Fruity malty spicy honey flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty honey finish.

On tap @King Arthur (Ciampino). Cloudy golden appearance with a medium white head. Aroma is saison yeasts, honey and bread, fruity, nice! Flavour is a bit unbalanced, sweet at first with a mild and shy bitter end. Medium to light body, medium carbonation. Interesting, even if a bit boring.

On tap at the King Arthur pub in Ciampino-Italy. Pours honey like Amber hazy. Nose is crazy: bitter honey (Sardinia), spirit notes, bread. Mouth: dry, floral and malty in some way. Honey is there. Adventurous. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
