La “che BELLE GOSE” è una birra UNICA e INIMITABILE esperimento birrario a 8 mani, prodotta da Daniele Cosenza (Birrificio Civale), Alessio Selvaggio e Federico Casari (Croce di Malto) e Riccardo Franzosi (Birra Montegioco).

Ispirata alle birre salate di Lipsia (gose) prodotta con aggiunta di sale bianco e rosa. Si presenta di un colore biondo velato, con schiuma bianca a grana fine. L’aroma è dominato da note floreali e di coriandolo, ben in evidenza. Alla prima sorsata si apprezza subito il sale, presente ma mai invadente, che è in perfetto equilibrio tra le note dolci del malto e quelle delicatamente luppolate dei luppoli tedeschi. Un tocco di acidità finale pulisce il palato e invoglia subito alla nuova sorsata. Da bere a secchiate!

Säuerlich hefiger, ziemlich trockener Antrunk. Die Säure fährt zurück, salzig, süffig, kurzer trockener Nachhall. 11/8/8/8//8

Draught@HBF2015. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is salty, grassy, some mild spiced notes as well as some herbs. Flavour is grassy, salty, some slight spices and quite a bunch of grape fruits to it.

Draught @ HBF 2015

Pours hazy yellowish with a small head. Aroma of salty juicy fruits, toffee, pine and citrus. Taste is fruity, hoppy and salty with some sourness, lactic notes and yeastiness. Finish is salty, fruity and juicy with some tartness. Quite a juicy gose.

Tap at HBF 2015, Helsinki. Colour is cloudy yellow with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, citrus, some salt. Pretty easy gose but drinkable.

HBF15. Hazy golden, thin white head. Coriander, spicy, wheaty aroma. Flavor has coriander, wheat, lavendel. Quite nice witbier.

On tap at Bir & Fud. It pours a cloudy gold with a filmy white head. A tart salty lemon nose. The body is light but full of flavor, lemon candies, salt and a touch of funk. Quite nice, I really enjoyed this one.
