Frischer, etwas salziger und minimal säuerlicher Antrunk. Süffig, im Mittelteil keine Säure mehr, kurzer Nachhall. 9/8/9/9/8/8

bottle at the brew pub. was served a bit too cold for my taste. yellow, clear color. white head. smell of fruits, apple, citric, light sour smell. medium body, good carbonation, fruity taste, apples & pears, good acidity, bubbly, medium dry salty finish that does not last very long. very fresh taste. carbonation & salty/sourish taste complement each other quite well. quite like this one.

Sampled from bottle at the Brauwerk Wien brewpub.
Pale yellow, cloudy body, with a small, white head.
Yeasty, salty and slightly sour aroma, with dough and various citric notes.
Taste is a bit watery, sweet-sour, salty, with yeast, citrus and dough.
Light mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes salty, yeasty and citric.

Nice, refreshing and sessionable, but a bit too light for my taste. Propably a perfect summer beer, but it won’t be available until then I guess.

Tap at Craft Bier Fest Wien. Aroma a lot of yeast, sulfury. Basement. Typical, but I do not like it. Almost clear yellow colour. Taste is astringent, quite strong lemony sourness, acidic. Other than that the classic basement yeastiness. Not for me.
