On tap at This Is Pivbar, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp dry apples, with some champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is very sweet, with sweet red apples, light champagne character and crisp apple skins. Sweet but still natural enough tasting. Decent.

At a tasting, thanks, clear pale yellow color, apple spicy aroma, ripe apple flavor but not too sweet with a mineral hint, light but noticable sourness, carbonation a bit agressive. Like a soft drink but not bad.

Trockener, etwas muffiger Antrunk. Runde Apfelnoten, minimal bitter, erfrischend. Natürlich, frisch, die anfängliche Muffigkeit ist verschwunden. Rund fruchtig, minimale Süße. Gut. 7/9/9/10/8/9
