On tap at Bir&Fud in Rome-Italy. Dark amber brown cloudy pour, creamy medium foam. Nose: vinous sweet, a bit acetic. Mouth starts sweet, sweet a bit vinous, extra peppery finish.

bottle lotto 404 deep copper cloudy almost flat medium acetic vinous wood light oxidation sour ramata abbastanza torbida schiuma media non molto persistente gasatura delicata piuttosto acidula leggero vinoso un po acetica piuttosto intensa ma discreta beva leggero legno un poco di ossidazione un poco asprigna

Säuerlich holziger, etwas ruppiger Antrunk. Angenehme starke Würzigkeit, minimal bitter, alkoholische Noten. Strenger holzig alkoholischer Nachhall. 11/10/11/11/12/11
