Flaska från via SB från importören Constant Companion drucken med ölföreningen. Kärvt syrlig, stram torr, tanniner, röda syrliga plommon, vinbär, röda krusbär, körsbär. Fruktig och syrlig. Fantastiskt gott.

Great red-orange in the glass, small white head. The nose is fruity with hints of horse blanket. The beer starts fruity-sour. Very intense with more sourness than horse blanket. The very sour fruitiness is great. The blackberries are there, quite intense in the sour bunch, the sour cherries as well. Only the gooseberries are for me not exactly tastable. Very round and smooth (for a lambic). The aftertaste is very intense sour, very fruity with a great deepness. The horseblanket is only in the nose there, but as my beer is very fresh - only 7 month old - I think it will be there after a while.

Bottle @ Bishops Arms Savoy, Malmö. Hazy dark red without head. Aroma is sweet, malty, sour cherries, wood and barnyard. Flavor is medium sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 080214

Bottle thanks to Puzzl at Max’s 30th. Pours hazy pink grapefruit. Nose/taste of berry, funk, cherry pit, oak, cherry-infused horseblanket and vinegar sourness. Very acidic. Medium body.

75cl bottle. Trade with Kraddel. Pours hazy pink with a small off white head. Nose is berries - cherries and raspberries. Flavor has funk, fruit, wood and barnyard. Really tart and dry. Not The most refined but tasty nevertheless

Bottle at Akkurat, vintage 2013. Hazy reddish with a small white head. The aroma was tart with berries, wood, funk and lemon. The taste was similar. Fresh and easy to drink, not extremely tart. I really like the beers that I have tried from De Cam.

Beatiful red/pink colour, small white head. Lively carbonation. Very fruity aroma (red fruit: sour cherry, blackberry). Very sour with some sweet notes. Quite dry finish. Well balanced and complex beer.
