Bottle, 0.75l, courtesy of Bongtribe. Clear amber brown color without any head and soft visible carbonation. Aroma is funky, cellar like with sour fruity notes. Tastes of tart gooseberry, cherry and vinous with excellent funky note. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Was funny to see people’s grimacing lambic faces when drinking this gem :)

750ml bottle @Mad For Beer (Rome), thanks ippopotamo36 for sharing! Unclear light amber color with a light foam that rapidly disappears. Aroma is hay, barnyard, leather, grapes, citric notes. Flavour is elegant and well balanced, just a little bit delicate, medium sourness and a touch of tartness in the end. Light body, light carbonation. Easy to drink.

Sampled via bottle at WTWBA 2014. Yeast in the aroma. Flavor has light berry and sour yeast as well. Full flavored. Sour, but not as much as some Cantillon I have had. An excellent beer.

Very hazy pink and ruby pour with almost no head. Tart berries but not overly sour. Flavor is rich with different berries, and cherry tones.

Bottle bought @ Etré Gourmet. Pours vibrant pinkish red with a thin pinkish white head that doesn’t leave any trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell Is slightly sour, fruity and tiny funky with wheat crackers, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, sour cherries, gooseberries, leather, dry soil, hay, moist wood and apricots. Taste is heavy sour, fruity and tiny funky with wheat crackers, sour cherries, gooseberries, unripe strawberries, blackberries, hay, dry soil, horse blanket, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, lemon zest and horse blanket. Mouthfeel is dry, tart, heavy mouth-puckering, flat and light to medium bodied. Finish is sour and fruity with wheat crackers, lemon juice, gooseberries, sour cherries, hay, dry soil, horse blanket and lemon zest. Bottle must have leaked since this was basically without carbonation. A pity... I look forward to trying it again.

Bottle shared at a sour tasting at Noam’s office. Thanks Palietter85 for this bottle! Bottled 9/12. Clear reddish orange. Wonderful aroma full of barnyard, lovely berries, some sweat and oak. Sour flavor, fruity, with some berries, funk, and a puckering and astringent finish. Medium-bodied. Amazing.
