Bottiglia. Un arco olfattivo dominato da orzo tostato e cioccolato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma color marrone castagno non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cioccolato fondente, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca, tostato, agrumi e bergamotto.

Tap at Bir&Fud in Rome Italy. Black pour, brownish-ivory foam. Nose: orange zest, bergamot. Mouth is clean, easy in his complexity, no roast, bitter silky finish. Extreme.
