Bottle (thanx to Quack-Duck!): Deep golden, hazy to cloudy, smaller creamy and lacy off-white head; moderate bitter-sweet flowery to piney nose with lots of citrussy spots; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied, pretty soft; lingering citrussy-grapefruity finish with a certain yeasty tartness in the aftertaste. Good and refreshing...

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass very zippy, nice head. Starts fine hoppy-grasy, mild fruity notes, light sourish. Hints of lemon, grapes, some apricot. Not too dry. Well balanced finish. Nice one!

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Yeasty, fruity, slightly floral and resiny hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, lime, grapefruit and a tinge of mango. Mildly bitter and and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Soft malt character with balanced fruity and slightly resiny hops, leading into a moderately dry and mildly bitter hoppy finish with a cornucopia of fruity, slightly exotic and floral flavours. Quite a gem. 13.VIII.16

330ml bottle [FrAPASlam, contestant #2, couldn’t take part without the generosity of bartlebier, thanks again!]. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Piney and citrusy, hoppy aroma, notes of pineapple, hints of grapefruit and lemon, a touch of candied orange zest. Taste is citrusy hoppy, notes of lemon; dry, piney finish. The aroma changes to lemon dominated after some sips; it’s unclear whether this effect is due to the ephemeral character of some volatile dry hopping flavours or dates back to a kind of degustation priming.
