Piwo w stylu Berliner Weisse. Lekkie kwaśne pszeniczne Ale. Połączenie pszenicznego słodu, cytrusowych chmieli amerykańskich oraz bakterii Lactobacillus delbrueckii zaowocowało niezwykle złożoną, szlachetną kwasowością z nutą różowego grejpfruta. Piwo o czystym, wytrawnym profilu smakowym. Idealne gdy jesteś spragniony. Po nim nie będziesz musiał sięgając po drugie. Ale będziesz chciał.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Lior D. Cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Nice aroma of yogurt, fruits, a bit of sauerkraut. Tart flavor, lactic, lemony, with a bitterish note in the finish. Quite light-bodied. Very nice and refreshing.

0,5l bottle at home. BB 11/2016. very light yellow rather hazy color, small white head. smells strongly of spices, bit yeasty, berry notes, light funk, some citrus, lightly grassy. nice smell. light body, rather obvious carbonation, light that gets balanced by the carbonation and the acidity. starts rather strong with a combination of sour- / bitterness & and rather citric, mellows down quite a bit with some light sweetness, some nice refreshing citric notes, light yeast & some fruits. finishes quite dry with nice acidic / citric notes and a decent bitterness. was a bit boring at first, but improves with more sips, especially the citric & acidic notes come through a lot better. very nice & refeshing. overall could use a bit more complexity though.

Bottle. Pale colour, cloudy, head does not stay long. Aroma is some grapefruit. Medium sour, not sweet. Light body, medium carbonation. Good one.

Trübes hell gelbes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch gering säuerlich, helles Malz, Gewürze. Geschmack säuerlich fruchtig, Gewürze, leicht hopfig.

Säuerlich erfrischender Antrunk. Dieses Aroma steigt im Mittelteil an, spritzig, zitronig. Eher milder Nachhall, rund, gut. 10/11/11/11//11

Jak na kwaśne piwo bardzo ładna piana, choć stosunkowo szybko opada. Piwo jasnożółte, zmętnione. W aromacie kwaskowość, nieco cytrynowa. Trochę jakby nut kefirowych w tle. Aromat średniointensywny. Głęboko w tle chmiel. W smaku kwaśne, kojarzące się ze świeżą cytryną. Bardzo rześkie. W tle kefir, a za nim chmiel. Goryczka nieistniejąca, choć pojawiające się dopiero jako grapefruitowe odczucie na podniebieniu. Kwaśność średniego stopnia. Bardzo orzeźwiające, świetnie pijalne, mimo dość wysokiego wysycenia. Jak dla mnie jeden z lepszych kwasów.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small to average, fluffy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Citrusy, spicy, minimally soapy aroma, hints of lemon, gherkin, quince, mirabelle, a touch of lime. Taste is mildly tart, citrusy fruity, notes of lemon juice, a touch of lime, hints of lactic acid and yoghurt, lemon yoghurt, a touch of apricot. Mild, very drinkable, displays a nice variety of tart flavours in clean, pure and "accostable" mode.
