Spritziger, trocken apfeliger Antrunk. Geringe Herbe, später wenig süß. Die Fruchtnoten nehmen ab, süffig bleibend. Bleibt nicht groß in Erinnerung. 8/8/9/8/10/8

(bottle, 100cl) Clear, pale golden colour without any noticeable head. Moderately sour and apple-fruity aroma with a slightly chalky, mineralic touch, as well as notes of sulphur. Dry mouthfeel, slightly sour-tart flavour with a slightly tannic apple-fruity taste; dry and slightly bitter, also tannic finish. The aroma is hardly average, while the rest is pretty likeable; it is a bit like an alleged Hessian apple-Lambic. 05.X.10
