On tap at the brewery. A murky golden coloured pout with a lasting frothy uniform white head. Aroma is big zesty sharp lemon and grapefruit, mixed citrus, sharp citric acid. Flavour is composed of sharp tangy lemon, pithy citrus, bitter grapefruit, wheaty grains with a drying finish. Palate is medium bodied, tart and tangy, drying pithy finish. Moderate carbonation. Nice stuff.

Keg at the tap room. It pours very cloudy yellow gold with a decent white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, apricot, nectarine, persimmon and brioche. The taste is crisp, tart, juicy, apricot, peach, persimmon, bright acidity, sherbet, earth and grapefruit with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Pretty fruity and delicious.
