Can, kindly donated by GreatDane1632, many thanks. Dark brown color with medium beige head. Roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate in aroma. Taste, roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, licorice, light ash. Coffee bitter finish. Good.

Tap @ WBC: Dark brown in color, light mahogany, topped with a finger of creamy tan head. Nose is sweet and smokey… something I can’t quite figure out. Nice roast, light smoke, and this sweet vanilla/toffee sweetness that really ties it together. Sniffing becomes oddly addictive. More smoke comes through in the flavor, even a little peat. Good roast element and light espresso. Missing the sweetness of the nose, but satisfying. Easily the best of the FBC brews I’ve had to date.
