Draught@CCC, Turku. Brown colour with a mediumsized beige head. Aroma is peated, some smoked wet wood, mild meaty tones with some slight toasted elements. Flavour is strongly peated malts, mild meaty tones with some smoke and mild roasted tones.

Draft @ Skaal, Copenhagen. Pours a dark amber brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty woody smoky caramel aroma. Roasted malty smoky caramel woody flavor. Has a roasted malty caramel woody smoky finish.

On tap at Cosmic Comic Cafe, Turku. Dark, dar brown with a dense, beige head leaving nice curtains. Peaty and smoky aroma, pretty intense and dominating, almost so I wonder if I'm smelling a beer or Lagavulin. Rather smooth and deliciously peaty and smoky, not much else is coming thru. Feels surprisingly thin, but easy to drink and certainly enjoyable. From tap. Pours dark brown, unclear, with a deep amber glare. Small tan and creamy head. Aroma is dense peated and roasted dark malt. Sweet, peated. Deep caramlish malt beneath. Iodine peated. Dry far finish.

Draft. A very dark brown beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of peated smoke, iodine, roasted malt, and a bit of chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, peated smoke, chocolate, and a bit of iodine, leading to a dry smokey finish.

Keg @ Brewdog Helsinki. Poured dark brown color with a thin off white head. Lots of campfire smoke, peat in aroma. Ashy, peaty, but lacks body. Peaty finish.

(Keg at BrewDog Helsinki, 20170923) The beer poured clear and nearly black. Its head was medium sized and nearly white. Aroma had peat, whisky and toasted malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were peat, sweetness, caramel, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was peaty, burnt and bitter. A beer lacking too much beer.

Tap at Brewdog Helsinki, Helsinki. Color is reddish brown with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Strong peat, tar, some smoke, dryness and roasted malts. One-dimensional but pretty nice. Needs malts. Very nice aroma.

Draught @ Brewdog Helsinki. Pours dark brown, almost black with a sticky foamy head. Aroma of peaty malts, roastiness, whisky, oak, wood and tar. Taste is heavy, peaty and woody with loads of oak, whisky, roastiness and hints of tar. Finish is malty, roasty and peaty with some whisky, wood and oak. Quite a peat overdose.,
