Nebula is our take on the classic Brown Ale - full of flavour but delicate on the palate and perfect for crisp fall days. With its deep ruby brown colour, Nebula has a sweet malty aroma with hints of peat smoke on the taste and toffee hints on the nose. Nebula is most certainly the ultimate autumn beer. A touch of local wild fennel is added to impart a unique twist. This addition balances the malty favour produced by caramel and whiskey malts used in the brewhouse, producing a drinkable brown ale.
