Tap. Madama Beerstro, Bologna. Pale gold. Light haze. Messy, semi lacing, lasting, white head. Nose has pink grapefruit. Sappy pine. Candied peel. Taste sets off sweet and fruity, turning piny, oily bitter. Medium body. Fine carbonation. Lasting, resinous bitterness to finish. Decent “west coast” affair.

Keg at The Strait and Narrow. Light hazy on this golden beer with a white head. Slight citrus herby and pine aroma. Taste light bitter. Medium body.

Il gusto al naso viene attratto da luppolo, agrumi e frutto della passione. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il perlage è composto da bollicine fini. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta note di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, mora e terra.

Tap. Clear deep golden color with white head. Aroma is sweaty, tropical fruits, biscuity, quite aromatic and fresh. Taste is tropical fruits, biscuity, jammy, bitter finish. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Very good!
