Draught at Oxbow Portland, 8/27/17.
Clear, with a bit of chill haze, bronze-brass-golden with a small, white head showing moderate retention.
Bright and floral in the nose with lots of mineral, sour dough-like grains, bits of lemon, lime and white wine lingering from the hops but predominantly strong, fresh-cut grass. Sprinkle some pepper and honey in with no alcohol or flaw.
Soft, malty and with a bit more malt sweetness than usual, though it helps balance the generous serving of hops here. Tons of rich honey, sourdough, dried herb and fresh grass with light lemon, black pepper and more mineral on the finish. Spritzy carbonation helps concentrate and then disperse the flavors. Very nice.

(Thx! for sharing!) Sampled draft @ Italian BEER Week-End #5. Clear pale citrus, fluffy white head. Nose is big grain, flowers, lightly soapy, low vegetable lager qualities, easy, mellow overall. Taste is easy grain, soap, low vegetable, low bouillon touch, decent,… Grainy body,… Not bad but the soap & vegetable notes don’t make it entirely to my liking. Drinks easily, nothing bothers. Decent but not great. Expected a bit more to be honest, giving the reputation of this breweries other Pilsner.

4.3% Bottle drunk at Domus Birrae. A crystal clear gold with a big foamy. Malty nose with some floral citrusy hoppiness. A clean crisp taste of breadstick crackery light malts and a crisp green bitter hop finish. Some dank hops in the aftertaste, nice stuff. Light refreshing beer.
