Torfkopp Honig-Trunk, ein Biermischgetränk aus Bier und Honig; Flasche aus der Getränkequelle, Quedlinburg. - Goldbraun, reichlich Schaum. - Duftet wenig bierähnlich, sehr süß und nur leicht nach Honig, mild herbal, zarte kühlende Minze. - Im Antrunk erdrückende karamellige Süße, wie Zuckerwasser oder Limonade, nur schwach honigartig und kaum bierähnlich. Erst wenn die Zuckersüße nachläßt, erschmeckt man schwaches Malz und leichte herbale Hopfung. - Viel zu süße Panscherei aus Bier, viel Wasser und wenig Honig. Kein Genuß. (18.9.2021.)

Süßer, wenig herber Antrunk. Blechern mit Honignoten, steigend süß, minimal getreidig. Der Honig ist angenehm eingesetzt, das Bier wirkt dennoch monoton. Okay. 9/7/8/7/9/7

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich seet honey, malt, grass and hops. Very sweet finish.

Bottle from some getränkemarkt. Light hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, honey and sugary. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. 200717
