“This beer is a mash-up of Little Things that Kill Batch 8 (a.k.a Sorachi Face Punch) with our Holy Hoppin’ Hell recipe. What you get is an imperial I.P.A bursting with Sorachi Ace flavour that does not disappoint.
If you love Sorachi Ace you will love this beer, what are you waiting for? If you hate Sorachi Ace move along now, there’s nothing to see here!”

Tap at Before 9. Cloudy orange-amber with a lacy head. Resiny pine, sorachi-style butter and cheese, oak, lemon, vanilla. Creamy Sorachi flavor is a bit cheesy and buttery, plus there is a lot of resins too. A weird one, not my favorite.

Taste: nice bitterness, very hoppy, citrus notes, some sweet malts, really good. Aftertaste: hoppy, citrus, bit cheesy, resinous hops, some sweet tropical fruits, lovely stuff!

Bottle 33 cl. Cloudy opaque golden with a rich, off-white head. Very distinct Sorachi aroma - in this one it comes out mostly like dill. Rich body, very chewy malts, both fruity and biscuity with distinct Sorachi throughout. Dry finish, not overly bitter. Not really the best Sorachi beer, and I’m normally a sucker for Sorachi. 030517
