From one Getränkmarkt, at Interlaken, in june 2023. Best before 01/24. Savouring this bottle, at home after a long day outside of the flat. It was perfect at night, brewed on the Bavarian way, malty, toffee, copper, subtle metalic note, dry and sweet, 19.05.24

clear amber colour, medium sized creamy beige-ish ecru head; aroma of toffee, roasted sunflower seeds, some (toasted) rye bready, floral and slight prune, as well as dried cherry; taste is quite the same with moderate herbal hoppy notes; not bad at all

16/1/2021. Bottle courtesy of Asbjorn, cheers. Pours slightly hazy amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, grain, sweet bready malts, biscuit, touch of herb. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, average carbonation.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 21.04.2020, from Drinks of the World, Geneva, 20191011) The beer poured amber and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, caramel and toasted malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, malts, caramel, toasted malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A decent but bit watery brew.
