Danke an Taboada. Überaus geringe Karbonisierung. Süffiger, weich herb rauchiger Beginn. Süßlicher, schnell wässrig werdender Hintergrund, etwas holzig, geringe Würzigkeit. Langer Nachhall, rauchig bleibend. Nett. 7/9/10/10/8/10

330 ml bottle, as La Sagra Invierno Winter Ale, from El Corte Inglés, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. ABV is 6.5%. Slightly hazy brown colour, small off-white head. Nice aroma of malts, caramel and peaches. Fruity flavour (peaches again), also malts (some lightly roasted) and caramel, but not too sweet. Minimal hops. Pleasant to drink.

Ambar oscura, turbia. Sin espuma. Feo aspecto. Aroma a caramelo, jengibre y notas frutales. Oleosa, de predominio dulce, acaramelada, falta de cuerpo pero alcohol presente. Altos y bajos. Discreta.

Bottle. Pours amber with a small white head. Notes of plastic, cardamom and alcohol in the aroma. Taste is really sweet and strong with heavy notes of toffee and clove. Tastes better than it smells.

Dark brown color, creamy off-white head with good retention. Aroma has notes of toasted malts, light dry fruits and some wood. Flavor with a light bitterness, walnuts, burnt caramel. Slightly bitterness with a good presence of toasted malts.

Sabores maltosos tostados con toques ligeros dulces caramelizados. Ligeras especias. Cuerpo medio algo espumoso y cierta densidad, fácil de beber. Suave amargo herbáceo y especiado dulce caramelizado. Original.
