Direct from the source, thanks to Silke, from tap into the flip top bottle. Deep amber, hazy, with a frothy to creamy white head. Aroma of honey, bubblegum, a bit floral, and with noticeable apricot. Dry with a mild but crisp bitterness that lingers. Medium body, soft to moderate carbonation. Best of the half dozen I’ve had so far from the brewery of my old (German) hometown.

Stark bananiger Geruch. Cremiger, hefig würziger Beginn. Hell, süßlich, erkennbarer Alkohol im Hintergrund. Bananiger, steigend bitterer Mittelteil, zum Ende zusätzlich hopfig. Nett. 11/10/11/10//10
