Würziger, bitter hellmalziger Beginn. Leicht süß, behäbig hopfig ab dem Mittelteil. Erhöhte Karbonisierung, steigende Herbe. Bitter-würziger Nachhall, lang anhaltend. 10/11/10/10//10

On tap. Pours a hazy yellow color with a creamy head. Malty background with strong hoppy flavours. Definitely has its own character.

Growler, kindly filled and stored by the brauhaus in Durlach
Hazy light amber color; generous head, compact. It has a very nice aroma, sweet, of cookies, then a delicate noble hopping appears too. Against expectations, there is no sweetness to mention, there is a dry toffee and malt flavor, with an aggressive bitterness that is somehow the signature of Vogel. It would have been perfect with just some sweetness; instead, in this way, the dryness covers the biscuity feeling, and the bitterness is too prominent.
