04.2024 Aromat owocowy, czekolada i ciemne słody Ciemno brązowe, nieprzejrzyste, piana buro beżowa nawet się długo utrzymuje. Smak czekolady z porzeczkami. słodkie, gorzkie jak gorzka czekolada, i kwaśne od porzeczek. Nagazowanie duże, ciało nie takie duże jak na ris, nie za gęste, gładkie. finisz słodki owocowy alkohol niewyczuwalny. Ogólnie bardziej owocowe niż risowe, wydaje się mniej treściwe i mniej alkoholowe niż jest w rzeczywistości, trochę za słodkie.

Bottle, 8.5%. Roasted aroma, hint of blackcurrant. Black colour. Small frothy light brown head. The flavour is citric at first with a surprisingly distinct blackcurrant note. Fortunately not as sweet as Ribena, but has some of the same blackcurrant notes. Pretty good, if you ask me.

Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy tan head. Clear aroma of black currants, with touches of yeast. Dry flavour of ripe black currants, with sweetish notes of malt and yeast, and hints of hops. Dry aftertaste with notes of yeast and malt. A nice one.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Max & Stas. Black, tan foam. Roast, licorice, currants, soy sauce, sweet and umami, a bit sourish, quite full-bodied.

Fein säuerlicher, vollmundig malziger Beginn. Süffig, süßlich herb, spritzig. Moderat fruchtig, intensiv, mittellanger Abgang. 10/9/10/9//10
