Bottled 330ml. -from Harpf Brunico. Dark golden/amberish coloured, small off-white head, pleasant smoked ham in the nose. Toasted malt, caramel, smoked ham and touch of honey with herbal notes in the finish. Bit watery but nice one.

Small yellowish, stable head over clear chestnut beer. Smoke, roast, charred chestnuts, ham, meaty esters. Sweet roast, again roasted chestnut. Some faint, almost fruity esters. Light body! Very slick. Bit light for a Bock, IMHO. Light, but pretty wholesome Rauch.

On tap @Open Baladin Roma. Ambrata, limpida, schiuma avorio media di buona persistenza. Al naso note di scamorza affumicata, caramello, nocciola. In bocca è dolce, maltata, miele, caramello, con una buona affumicatura, presente ma non eccessiva, e un leggera punta di amaro a bilanciare. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Semplice ma di carattere, schietta, gradevolissima.

Süffiger, süßlich rauchiger Beginn. Intensiv rauchig bleibend, leider steigt die Süße noch an, dadurch unrund. Rund würzig, minimal herb, rund malzig, mittellanger Abgang. Gefällt. 10/9/9/9/11/9
