Trockener, ziemlich bitterer Antrunk, moderat hopfig. Intensiv kräutrig-hefig, sehr trocken bleibend. Weich herb, frisch hopfiger Abgang. 10/9/8/10/11/10

Draught at Markethalle. Deep gold with s medium head. Aroma of sweet fruit. Flavour is deep citrus lemon, don’t think I have ever had quince so don’t know what one tastes like, but this is spicy citrus. Cloying oily base, pepper tangy finish.
