0.5 l on tap at 'Schloss Fragsburg'. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy and a bit floral taste of grains, straw and hints of lemon peel. Moderately sweet, gently bitter, slightly grassy-spicy and minimally fruity-floral taste of grains, straw and a touch of lemon peel, followed by a short, gently bitter, a bit dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Solid lager.

Tap at Hotel Petrus, Bruncio. An easy going lager that went down very smoothly after a journey involving delays and mental driving.

Van het vat @ Kronplatz, Bruneck. Helder geel bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en licht fruitig met iets van citrus. Mooi bier.

33 cl. bottle @ home, gift from Rick. Clear light golden with a white head. Grainy straw aroma. At first the aroma is a bit faint but after a tiny warm up it becomes spicier. Taste is medium bitter with a dry finish. Indeed more German than some German beers.

Thanks to Willems Urenkel for that bottle. Looks simple but good. Beer starts mild, but not washy, fine malty, modest dry-hoppy. Finish a bit metallically, but still okay. Not bad.
