Traditional blonde abbey beer. Thanks to the secondary fermentation in the bottle it has an alcohol content of 6.5%. The beer has a bright “Naples yellow” colour. The head is thick, creamy and long-lasting.The nose is discrete, vernal and floral with notes of vanilla and malt. Its refreshing finish is pleasantly hoppy. The mouthfeel is round, agreeable and well balanced. This balance makes the beer very drinkable, before giving way to the complexity of the hops’ bitterness.The flavour is very rich, refreshing and harmonious. It reveals hints of ripe pear with accents of papaya.The final impression is one of balance and a discrete and elegant development of the bitterness. This connoisseur's beer is to be savoured slowly so as to fully enjoy its rich flavour, delicate aromas and perfect balance. Dominus Blonde is characterised by its refinement and typical character. It is a lively and very digestible beer.

Bottle, 0.75l. Cloudy golden pour, one finger creamy white head, good retention, lasting head, sticky lacing on the glass. Nice on the nose, candy, ripe fruits, grassy, floral, light coriander notes.

Medium body, medium carbonation, fizzy. Average mouthfeel and texture, lightweight, slightly chewy, fizzy, refreshing. Goes down nicely. Balanced bittersweet taste with refreshing sour notes in the background. Aroma of yeast, grains, grass. Citrus peel, coriander, grassy notes. Floral. Malty notes in the background. Lingering citrus tart. Medium lasting finish, dry, tart, fruity.

Refreshing. Quite enjoyable.

pivo otvoreno na dočeku nove godine na Kleku! Skladan je to blond ale od 6,5 % alkohola, s cvjetnim, voćnim i slatkastim aromama te suptilnom gorčinom. Idealan izbor za one koji traže ozbiljnije belgijsko pivo, bez preintenzivnih aroma, ali sa dozom kompleksnosti i tradicije.

Bottle 0.7 l. Golden, slightly hazy, white head. Aroma: malty with a sour note, a bit of lemon, yeast, coriander. Taste: a bit sour, tartness of citrus peel, yeast, light bitterness, well, quite a strange brew.

Bottled 750ml. -from Eurospin Zaprešić. Hazy golden coloured, medium sized white head, yeasty and mild spicy nose. Sweetish malty, yeasty, spicy, bit fruity and moderate to high carbonation. Light finish.

0,75l bottle from Eurospin Chianchitta, enjoyed @ Siké Holiday Home. Pours cloudy yellow with a medium head. Aroma is sweet malts with esters. Flavor is sweet malts, esters, alcohol, hops. Not bad.

Barva svetle zlatava, zakalena. Pena pekne husta a vcelku trvanliva. Vune kvasnicova, psenicna. Chut sladova, kvasnicova, ovocna, hutnejsi sucha. Telo lehci, ale vodovym bych to nenazval. Dojezd trochu dokysela. Takhle ma asi vypadat blondak. Vtipna lahev jak od sampana
