Color amarillento, ligeramente turbia, sin espuma. Al abrirla y escanciarla emana un aroma interesante frutal que poco a poco va asentando en copa quedando en notas de manzana ligeramente dulce y lagar. En boca es fina, equilibrada, de fondo levemente dulce sabor afrutado, acidez moderada, seca. Una sidra muy rica y muy agradable

25/10/2019. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale yellow gold with a short lasting fizzy white head. Aroma of moderately sweet apples, farmyard funk, light sulphur and acidity. Light sweetness, medium plus sour. Medium body, oily/sticky texture, above average carbonation. Nice tart sour apple finish. Liked this.

750ml bottle. Hazy yellow gold colour, short-lived white foamy head and aroma of tangy apple, funk, citric. Taste is sour, tangy apple, woody, funky, with some citric acidity. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, fine carbonation, tart sour acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
