Deep amber with a frothy head that fails to linger. Aroma of apricots, toffee and citrus starting to go off. Taste is bittersweet.. a mix of sharp, hoppy bitterness and toffee sweetness. Lingering toffee. Medium bodied, moderate, mildly watery texture. Okay.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orangey golden colour with small, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Cautious, caramel malty aroma, floral hoppy overtones, a touch of toffee. Taste is mellow malty with a touch of caramel and toffee, floral and minimally citrusy hoppy, mild hop bitterness. Watery texture, indifferent palate, average, minimally prickly carbonation. Not overly punchy, if not even monotonous and a bit boring (considering it is a dry hopped Ale) - meh.

28-06-19 // on tap at Eulchen Brauerei. clear golden. Very english. Malt forward. Mild hoppy. Very balanced and smooth. True to style but a bit boring. Good nonetheless
