0.75 l bottle from 'Bergmann Stehbierhalle', 5.2% abv, best before November 2021. Hazy, orangeish amber with a medium large, frothy, stable, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity-floral, a little grassy aroma of pineapple, kumquat, gooseberry and lemon jam. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity-floral, slightly grassy taste of pineapple, lemon jam, kumquat, carambola and gooseberry, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly grassy finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Decent beer, odd fruity flavour profile but nicely balanced.

Trocken grasig-getreidiger Beginn. Geringe, dann deutlich steigende Bitterkeit, weich, hohe Süffigkeit. Langer hopfiger Abgang. Gut. 8/11/12/12//12

Tap (@ Bergmann Stehbierhalle): Yellow, cloudy, small but stable loose white head, dryish toasty-grainy nose with a distinctive piney background; dryish - as well - bitter flavour, low sweetness, pretty light bodied and a bit tart; lingering bitter-sweet piney-hoppy finish, hardly balanced by a faint malty traces. Not overly necessary...
