9 Years O'Clock is a lovely, refreshing pale ale with acacia flowers and a gentle dry-hopping, brewed at Ground Zero Beer for our favourite bar in Bucharest.

Hazy golden, white head. Orange pulp, almost no resins. Smooth, but too bland. A rather generic though not and hoppy malty balance, really low bitterness. Ok. Might have a really light funky sour note.
