(Bottle 75 cl) Orangey golden, slightly hazy with a small, creamy head. Dry, bitter finish on a sweetish, malty base. According to brewmaster Alain Brootcoorens this is spiced with orange (not orange peel I believe) and coriander. I reckon the Angelus Blonde is the starting point for this. Lovely fresh and quaffable. And again the alcohol is deceivingly well hidden. 310505

Hazy orange-ochre; fluffy, off-white head, like whipped eggwhite, leaving shards of lace. Bit of alcohol, rather grassy nose, cookie malt. Sharp yeasty-estery taste, with a sourish edge. Sweet and cookie malts underneath. Slightly citrus-flavoured. Just as the "Matheret" beer, a raw, green flavour lurking beneath. Quite burning sensation, rather aggressive; medium bodied. They do something I don’t like. What is this raw, crude, aggressive flavour?
