One of those old-fashioned regional lagers made by smaller family brewers. This one has a pale golden colour and thinnish snow white head; neutral taste with some malt sweetness, some graininess and something faintly metallic, with little hops in the finish. Too neutral and shy perhaps, but honest and crisp - have some points for that.

Clear pale golden colour, small white head, recedes fairly quickly. Aroma sweet malt, grain, corn, grass. Taste medium sweet, light bitter, malty, grain. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, dry sweetbitter finish, bit metallic, acceptable.

Bottle "Prik en Tik Pils". Pale yellow colour, white foam. Sweet pilsener, grainy and malty with metallic aftertaste. Not good.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden color, medium sized white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Smell and taste malts, pretty bitter. Average body and carbonation. Decent bitter pilsener.

horeca 13 pours very clear, light yellow, with a small white head taste is a bit grainy. dry malts, bit bitter back . might be ’just a lager’ but its a damn fine one . and it was one of the best drinks i had that day . it shocked me too!

Bottke at belgian beer cnx chiang mai. Thick creamy white head. Clear golden pour. Not bad.

Bottle 25cl. [ As Sint Jozef Prik & Tik Pils ].Alc. 4.7%. Clear light yellow color with a average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, cardboard notes. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and sour malt with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (050908)

25 cL bottle as Prik & tik pils. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange with q lacing white head. Mild cornish and bitter base aroma. Flavour is mild acidic and hoppy with a light grassy bitterness coming through. Medium dry and bitter finish.
